Every LUMÈRA lamp features integrated warm LED technology designed to last 50,000+ hours — roughly 17 years at 8 hours per day.
Best Practices
✦ Use dimming feature to extend LED life
✦ Keep lamp away from direct sunlight (UV exposure reduces brightness over time)
✦ Turn off when leaving home for extended periods
✦ Allow the lamp to cool before moving
Warning Signs
If you notice:
✦ Flickering that persists after 30 seconds
✦ Dimming that doesn't respond to touch
✦ Unusual warmth (beyond normal operation)

STORING YOUR LAMP
If you need to store your LUMÈRA piece (moving, seasonal change, etc.):
1. Clean thoroughly and let dry completely
2. Wrap in soft tissue paper (avoid newspaper — ink can transfer)
3. Return to original LUMÈRA box if possible
4. Store in a climate-controlled room
5. Keep upright — never lay crystal pieces on their side

TROUBLESHOOTING
My lamp won't turn on.
1. Check the USB cable is firmly connected
2. Try a different USB port or adapter
3. For rechargeable: ensure it's charged
4. If still not working, email hello@lumera.com
My touch-dimmer isn't responding.
1. Ensure your hand is dry
2. Unplug for 30 seconds, then reconnect
3. Touch firmly on the designated sensor area
4. Still not working? Contact us.
The light seems dimmer than when I first got it.
LEDs can lose up to 10% brightness over years. This is normal. If the change is dramatic within the first year, contact us for warranty replacement.
