UNDERSTANDING TRACKING STATUSES

📦 Order Confirmed — We received your order and are preparing it.
🏭 Processing — Your order is being packed in our studio (1-3 business days).
🚚 Shipped — Your package is on its way. Tracking number emailed.
✈️ In Transit — The package is moving between facilities.
🏠 Out for Delivery — It's on the truck, arriving today!
✅ Delivered — Your LUMÈRA piece has arrived.

COMMON TRACKING QUESTIONS

Q: My tracking hasn't updated in 3 days. Is something wrong?
A: Between carrier scans, your package may not update for 1-3 days — especially during international transit. This is normal. If it's been more than 7 days with no movement, email us.

Q: Tracking says "Delivered" but I don't see my package.
A: 1. Check with neighbors and at your front door
2. Look around mailboxes and porches
3. Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)
4. If still missing, email hello@lumera.com within 7 days

Q: Can I change my delivery address?
A: Once shipped, we can't change the address. However, most carriers let you redirect via their website — try USPS Hold Mail or UPS My Choice.

Q: My tracking shows "Delivery Attempted." What now?
A: The carrier tried to deliver but couldn't reach you. Check for a door tag with pickup instructions, or schedule a redelivery via the carrier's website.

🇨🇦 Canada: 7-12 business days
🇬🇧🇪🇺 UK/EU: 7-14 business days
